The University Senate comprises of the President as the chairperson the Registrar as the secretary and the Bursar as the treasurer, then, the VicePresident, all the HoDs, deans, and fulltime faculty members. The University Senate deal with all academic matters. Day to day university operations as it affects the faculty- issues like recommendation of grades, awards of degrees. Honorary titles, affiliations and collaborations, as recommendation for promotion of faculty members and many others.
